Banana Nut Bread

This is my favorite banana bread recipe. It makes two loaves that cook evenly. We can’t wait for them to cool . . . we spread butter on them and eat them while warm. But since this makes two loaves, we can eat one now and save the other for later!

Shortcut Fudge

1 (12 oz.) Pkg. Semisweet Chocolate Chips 2/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 Tablespoon Water 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Nuts (optional) In saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
