1 (12 oz.) Pkg. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Nuts (optional)
In saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients, blending until smooth. Pour into greased 8×8 pan. Cool until firm.
